I love my waist trainer but I should have went up a size. As my waist starts to shrink, I will start to wear it when it is more comfortable. Right now it is way too tight and I’m unable to wear it because it restricts my breathing. I would recommend but please make sure you take correct body measurements ( which I didn’t).
