We Want to make sure that you receive your Copper Slim within the time frames we advertise. When at checkout make sure that your address is correctly entered, and you include all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. Also, please take into consideration our Delivery time frame takes between 3-12 business days in case you’re moving.
We do not process refunds for LOST OR STOLEN packages confirmed DELIVERED by the carrier.
